The Grand-Place (Grote Markt), is the most iconic and memorable landmark in Brussels, and one of the most beautiful squares I've encountered in my travels through Europe. Known for its exquisite Gothic and Baroque architecture, the Grand Place showcases intricately designed façades that capture historical elegance.
In this piece, I used a vibrant blend of pink, red, and yellow tones to accentuate the intricate details and convey the lively atmosphere that these buildings show. The warm hues emphasize not only the opulence and wealth associated with the square but also evoke a sense of energy when being surrounded by the buildings.
